Gypsum partitions for interior space planning

Gypsum partitions can organize an interior around the way it will be used, whether you are dividing a room, planning an office or arranging a shop. Al Riyadah works at customer sites in Jeddah and Makkah city, starting with a review of the space and proposed layout.

We coordinate the time with you. Opening WhatsApp does not send the message or confirm a booking.

Start with the way the space is used

Explain the purpose of each area, circulation routes and required door positions. An existing plan or a simple sketch can clarify the proposed divisions. We discuss dimensions, openings and how each partition relates to the surrounding space before defining the work.

Points to review at the site

We review partition positions and heights, floor and ceiling conditions, and openings or associated fittings. Any acoustic, moisture or fire requirement needs clear specifications and a review of suitable materials. We do not assume performance characteristics that have not been agreed for the project.

Define partitions and finishing in the quote

The quote should clarify dimensions, material specifications and the agreed finishing. Ask whether work related to openings, electrical items or painting is included. Clarify these items before accepting an offer; gypsum work does not automatically include every part of an interior fit-out.

What to share when requesting a visit

Choose Jeddah or Makkah city and share the district, space type and divisions you are considering. Approximate dimensions, site photos and plans help us understand the request. Also explain whether the space is currently occupied so the work sequence and preferred timing can be discussed.

Free visit and direct coordination

Site visits are free in both cities. We coordinate a time and review the partition scope before the quote and installation agreement. The website can prepare your enquiry and open it in WhatsApp. You still send the message yourself; opening it does not confirm a booking.
